Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with an aim to handle most within 1 business day.

We offer complimentary UK delivery on orders over £50, while smaller orders have the option of next-day delivery for £2.99.

EU deliveries take 3-5 business days, with free delivery available for orders over £100 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

International orders are delivered within 6-7 business days, and we provide free shipping on purchases over £200 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

Customs and Duties Policy

We strive to make international shopping convenient and hassle-free. To achieve this, we use Royal Mail’s Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) service for select destinations, ensuring that customs duties and taxes are prepaid. This means you will not have to pay any additional charges upon delivery for orders shipped to the following countries:

  • Luxembourg (PDDP service only available for orders up to €150)

Please note PDDP is not available for delivery to PO Boxes.

For all other destinations not listed above:
